- Hi! thanks for stopping by my space! I write mostly about my love affair with herbs as healers, friends, food and folly. But the Mother part of herbmother often takes over for days at a time. I also love theology and all kinds of spiritual practice so you may wind up in and out of the spiral of my never ending existential exploration. Love is the only thing I know to be true. All the rest is a work in progress, but it sure tastes good when you slow down and savor it.
